The Bear star Ayo Edibiri showed up at the Met Gala red carpet on Monday, May 6, 2024. The Nigerian-American actress looked drop-dead gorgeous wearing a Loewe custom floral, backless column dress. The dress featured an elegant halter-neck which was covered in hand-embroidered floral lace and adorned with 3D appliqué flowers that gave the illusion of a flower garden — her look followed the 2024 Met Gala theme, "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion." perfectly.

After having quite a great run of awards and fashion statements so far into award season, the Bottoms actress shows no sign of stopping now! She’s on a roll and we love that for her. Speaking in an interview with Vogue, she said, “The level of craftsmanship that it took to make this dress is so beyond. Looking into those details, taking that into consideration, it just amplifies that feeling for me.”  It's only right that the The Emmy Award-winning star of 'The Bear' attended her first Met Gala in a dress that spoke to her, making her reach a level of elegance, grace, and style that you could only dream of.

Ayo Edebiri’s style is the gift that keeps on giving. The actress effortlessly pulls off fashion statements in a way that is understated and elegant. Her look was further bejeweled with high end jewelry which featured Boucheron’s bleu infini pendant earrings and a hummingbird ring set, all of which were accentuated with white gold, diamonds, and sapphire.

She’s won awards such as Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series, Musical or Comedy at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards, and Best Actress in a Comedy Series at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards. Her trailblazing win after win only goes to show that the Nigerian actress is extraordinary at what she does, and it doesn’t hurt that her style and effortless glam are always on point.
