Best Red Carpet Looks From MTV’s VMAs 2023

The 2023 MTV Video Music Awards took place at New Jersey’s Prudential Center on Tuesday (Sept. 12), and some of the biggest stars in the world came through to celebrate a year of music and creativity.

This year’s MTV’s Video Music Awards had a lot of great moments, a lot of weird moments, a lot of emotional moments, but we can’t get over the fashion moments. The annual MTV award is no stranger to having one of the best red carpet looks, there are so many great fashion looks that have walked its red carpet, and this year is no different. 

The red carpet, or should we say the pink carpet, was graced with the most stunning looks, everyone came to slay, and we can say without a doubt that they did just that, here are a few of the best red carpet looks from the VMAs.

Rema

Rema’s look is worthy of a winner, he broke records with his hit song “Calm Down” and this look is ‘too cool for school’. It’s also a plus that he didn’t go for the regular suit and tie look, it’s not his style at all, and we’re glad it isn’t. 

Fireboy DML

Fireboy DML can do no wrong in our eyes, he rocked the pink carpet in all black, and a pop of color here and there that brought his entire look to life, the Afrobeat star also put together statement accessories that worked perfectly with the look he was going for.

Chloe Bailey

Chloe Bailey is an angel, everything from the color of the dress to how it flowed elegantly, gave us chills, the good kind. Her hair and makeup were pretty flawless, all we can say is, we are obsessed with Chloe Bailey.

Coco Jones

If ‘Black girl magic’ was a person, it would be Coco Jones her whole vibe and aesthetic is always spot on. Her black ensemble, from the statement neck piece, down to her heels looks like it came straight out of a very fashionable dream.

Tayshia Adams

The Bachelorette alum stunned, she paired every single piece of her outfit elegantly, and you can tell that there was a lot of thought put into how well the colors matched.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift can do no wrong, we were definitely enchanted with this look, it’s giving ‘goddess in black’. The sultry yet elegant look can’t be pulled off by just anyone, and she bodied it like the star she is.

Selena Gomez

We can’t get enough of Selena Gomez in this, it’s almost too perfect to be true. Selena x Red is the best duo, almost as good as her colab with Rema. Selena in all red is iconic, from the dress down to the color of her nails, it’s perfect.

Cardi B

Cardi B knows how to pull off the ultimate baddie look, the best part is, every single thing goes, and the dress is elegant and so detailed, surely she looks like the queen that she is.

Tomorrow x Together

The best part about this boy band is that they all chose looks that undoubtedly matches each of their personality, you can just tell that they didn’t try to coordinate, and that in itself screams coordination.

Saweetie

Pink and unconventional in the same look? Sign us right up! There’s something about Saweetie’s look that says, ‘Sure I'm sitting pretty in pink, but don’t mess with me’. It’s a whole other level of girl power through a dress; delicate, yet so bold.

Offset

Who said men have to be restricted to the most basic looks imaginable? Definitely not Offset, he’s shown us that he’s Offset for a reason, and we’re loving it.

Amelia Dimoldenberg

Amelia in black is everything, her chicken shop dates are usually colorful and quirky, but there’s just something about the elegance she’s giving off in the black piece.
