Ilebaye Odiniya Spotted Channeling Yara Shahidi Inspired Fishtail Braids and Hair Crown

Ilebaye Odiniya, winner of the Big Brother Nigeria All Stars reality show was spotted rocking a hairstyle inspired by Yara Shahidi's popular fishtail braids and hair crown at the prize giving ceremony.  She stunned in her new hairdo and outfit at one of her first appearances as the crowned winner of the show. Her look was no doubt inspired by the popular actress, and while her recreation was almost identical, we can’t help but gush over the original look.

Ilebaye has not only been crowned the winner of Big Brother Naija, she’s also a Gen Z baddie that has started building her empire, her recent win is a huge step in a great direction for her. The BBN All Stars winner wasn’t just inspired by the Yara Shahidi’s hair, the outfit choice was also quite similar, but not as identical. The reality star opted for an all black elegant City Girl set created by Lagos fashion designer, Mary Amour, and we have to admit, she pulled off every single bit of the look.

in 2021, Yara Shahidi stepped out and totally owned it when she showed up at the MTV Movie and TV Awards. The Sitting In Bars With Cake star stunned in this original, new look. She pulled it off with an Etro bustier, and a tracksuit courtesy of her collaboration with Adidas. Her hairstyle turned a lot of heads, it was a crown in itself, a look done gloriously by Hairstylist Sherri Ann Cole-Robertson, the style could only be described as divine, it includes fishtail braids and small twists that form beautifully into a crown.

All we can say is, Ilebaye is in her Gen Z Baddie Era and we’re here for it, who better to pull off the popular Yara Shahidi look if not her? We’re completely obsessed with the hairstyle, not only is it original, it is also quite literally a crown worthy of every black girl on the entire planet.
