We’re calling this level one because that early morning wellness shot can do more good than you could even imagine, so we’re suggesting five wellness shot recipes that could be a perfect start to your day.

The Apple Cider Vinegar Shot

There’s been a lot of glowing recommendations when it comes to ACV, there’s also a lot of ways to make use of this shot recipe, but the best part has to be the untapped benefits. Apple Cider Vinegar has a way of suppressing your appetite, this works especially well for people trying to boost their weight loss journey on a healthy level.

For this recipe, you’ll need lemon juice, turmeric, water, cayenne pepper, and of course apple cider vinegar. All you need to do is stir 1-2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar along with the other ingredients in moderate proportions, and this will definitely boost your metabolism. Most people also opt for just apple cider vinegar mixed in a tall glass of water. 

It is important to note that apple cider vinegar is noted to have some bad side effects like tooth enamel erosion and other possible effects, it is very important to take it in moderation, get the opinion of your doctor especially if you’re taking meds, and most importantly, use a straw to drink.

It’s so easy to mess this recipe up, start off with the juice extract of half a lemon, one piece of ginger and turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, and very little honey. All you need to do is blend the mix, sieve up the mixture and take a shot.

Dip a green tea bag in hot water and wait for it to be a little bit cooler. If you want a little bit of a twist, you could add a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper and stir well.
