The Incredible Jessica James is truly a breath of fresh air, it follows Jessica James ( Jessica Williams) as she tries to move on from a breakup, tries to get her life on track, and also tries a bit of dating. This show will have you laughing and crying. Jessica is an aspiring playwright  trying to get over her ex, then she meets Boone, who is also trying to get over his ex. 

Together they are TV gold, they help each other get through their exes by going as far as stalking each other’s ex for the other, as opposed to unhealthily stalking their own ex themselves, it’s a brilliant mess. 

The Perfect Find

With a cast like Gabrielle Union and Keith Powers, what more could you possibly need after a breakup? This duo puts the cheese in cheesy, in a good way. After a breakup, Jenna, a 40-year old woman tries to get her life and career back on track, but then she finds herself in a risky, steamy situation with a younger guy who also happens to be the son of her new boss.

Do Revenge is described as a dark comedy, which it is, but mostly, it's about two high school girls plotting revenge on each other’s enemies, this is the perfect movie to watch if you’re looking for something light, but with all the twists and turns that will swivel your mind just a little bit.

500 Days Of Summer is like a love letter to everyone going through a heartbreak, the film stars Zooey Deschanel and Gordon Levitt. This is perfect for single parents, it shows that life doesn’t stop because you’re a mother, you deserve a little bit of spice in your life.

Girls Trip is perfect if you’re looking for something that is light hearted, funny, but still realistically emotional, the star studded cast of this film will definitely help you take your mind away from the fact that you’ve just been through a breakup.
